Cindy Garrity

Executive Assistant

Hello.  My name is Cindy Garrity.  Three years ago I retired after 22 years of teaching in the public school system and this year I am excited to be working with the ILA family.

I was raised in Bargersville and attended Center Grove Schools.  I have been married to my wonderfully patient husband, Dennis since 1988 and together we have 5 children and 7 grandchildren.  Dennis and I still live in Bargersville and attend Emmanuel Church of Greenwood.

After having our children, I decided to enroll at IUPUI and earn my bachelor's degree in teaching.  It took 5 hard years, but I wouldn't trade it for the world.  Teaching and being involved with children is what I was called to do!

The favorite part of my day is spending time with God each morning. I keep very busy with my family and hold dear my time with them.

Cindy Bauer
