"God loves each of us as if there were only one of us” - Augustine

Core Values

  • Multiplying Leaders

    2 Timothy 2:2

From our Core Values, our curriculum, our way of assessing learning, etc - everything we do revolves around raising up the leaders of the next generation. Mastering a skill is not determined by “knowing” alone, but also by the ability to train it and pass it on. At ILA, we make it our aim to raise up students who can think brilliantly, lead selflessly, and train every skill they learn to others.

  • Empowering Families

    Ephesians 4:12

We do not own your children. This is good news. They are your gifts from God to love, steward, shepherd, and equip for their life ahead. That’s where we come in. To serve you in this noble role. To provide classroom instruction, resources, a community of like-minded families, and communication as we journey together. ILA is committed to serving you as you equip and disciple your children.

  • Nurturing Foundations

    Proverbs 22:6

As parents, if we don’t take ownership of nurturing the foundation of our own children, the world will happily do it for us. Let’s take back that sacred responsibility. At ILA, we will walk side by side with you as we help instill values, practice weekly habits, memorize Scripture, and utilize the Charlotte Mason-style curriculum. Building genuine relationships with the students and nurturing their life-long love of learning is a major priority.

  • Championing Faith

    Ephesians 3:16-17

We are unashamed about our faith in and love for Jesus. We pray that each student will catch that fire for His glory too. If at the end of our life we learned a headful of facts, but did not have a hungry heart for God we have missed the whole point. That is why we base everything off of a Jesus-Centered worldview - from basic disciple training, to reading the Word of God aloud, and providing opportunities for the students to walk out their faith. Families too!
