In 2020, Zach and Megan founded the Indiana Leadership Academy out of a love to see the community and families transformed and empowered for the glory of God. The Duke family has long roots in this community and a deep desire to see it flourish for generations to come. Megan received a full-ride scholarship to Liberty University and served on it’s premier ministry team for 4 years. Along with being the Head of School at ILA, she is also a Christian music recording artist and worship leader. Megan is especially passionate about making disciples and helping people walk in their true identity in Christ! Arika believes that ILA offers her children opportunities that her family has been unable to find anywhere else in Indianapolis. Open Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year opens on February 1st, 2026. We will be offering Pre-K through 7th Grade for the 2026-2027 school year and will continue to add a new grade each year up until 12th grade. Please take a look at our admissions process below: Step One - Complete an Online Inquiry Click the button at the bottom of the page to fill out and submit our online inquiry. Step Two - Schedule a Tour Once an online inquiry has been completed and submitted, our ILA School Administrator will contact you to answer any questions and schedule a tour. Campus tours are typically offered on Tuesdays. Step Three - Complete the Application Fill out and submit the application with the $50 application fee. Step Four - Schedule an Assessment Individual assessments are available throughout the year for all grade levels. Step Five - Family Interview Once a student passes the assessment, the family may be contacted for a 40 minute family interview via Zoom. Step Six - Acceptance Letters Mailed Families will receive an official acceptance email.
